- Dr. Stav Fainshmidt is an Associate Professor of International Business and Strategy at the FIU College of Business. His research interests include institutions and governance, organizational capabilities, and methods in organizational research. His work appears in outlets such as Journal of International Business Studies, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of World Business, and Organization Studies. Prior to joining FIU, Dr. Fainshmidt worked with Deloitte (Isr.) in auditing, consulting, and IPO services. He is a member of the Academy of Management and the Academy of International Business.
