biography

  • Rachel D. Clarke, PhD, CHES, is the Green Family Foundation NeighborhoodHELP program evaluator. Clarke uses her background in public health, health disparities research, and quantitative and qualitative methodologies to collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and monitor outcome metrics and analyze the impact of NeighborhoodHELP interventions on underserved individuals and families. Previously, Clarke was a senior data analyst and a post-doctoral associate in the Community-Based Research Institute at FIU where she worked with senior faculty on research focused on mental health, substance use, and HIV among minority populations.
