biography

  • Dr. Dai (she/her/hers) is committed to helping autistic individuals and their families access resources that improve their well-being and quality of life. She has worked to promote early diagnosis and intervention for children with developmental delays. Her primary research interests are in the development, evaluation, and implementation of interventions for autistic individuals and their families. Dr. Dai uses telehealth to make services more accessible and she collaborates with autistic individuals and their parents to develop programs that reflect and suit their needs and preferences. Dr. Dai also provides trainings to multidisciplinary staff to increase their comfort diagnosing autism, supporting autistic individuals, and providing integrated care. She is excited to develop evidence-based toolkits and trainings to support this effort.
