  • We examined the relative stability of global conscientiousness vs. facet validities across four years. Consistent with our predictions, global conscientiousness predicted performance across all measurement occasions and its validity did not change across time. Conscientiousness facets predicted performance only during certain measurement occasions and their validities changed significantly across time.
