abstract
The Dementia Awareness and Education Video (DAEV) Series is a collection of culturally relevant, evidence-based educational videos designed to raise dementia awareness, promote caregiver education, and encourage early detection and reporting of symptoms in diverse communities. The series includes four caregiver-focused videos and a fifth trailer summarizing the initiative. The project was funded by Dr. Ellen Leslie Brown's, Erica Wertheim Zohar Endowment for Community Mental Health and disseminated through the Nicole Wertheim College of Nursing & Health Sciences at Florida International University.
