  • In recent years, Spiking Neural Networks (SNNs) have gained popularity over Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) because of their asynchronous, binary, and sparse nature, which results in low-power computation. This paper presents a review of recent work done in the area of SNN with a focus on its hardware implementations.
