biography

  • Dr. Dickinson is an Assistant Teaching Professor at Florida International University's Chaplin School of Hospitalty and Tourism Management and Chapman College of Business Holo School of Real Estate. Prior to his role as a full-time member of the Faculty, Dr. Dickinson spent 40 years working in the real estate and hospitalty industries with such prominent global firms as JLL, KPMG, Intercontinental Hotels Group, IBM and EDS.

research interests

  • Dr. Dickinson's research interests are primarily within the real estate and hospitalty industries and include: customer loyalty; customer equity; tokenization and digitization of the commercial real estate and value creation as a result of 'shared economy' models.
