  • This poster presented preliminary findings from an academic-practice initiative evaluating structured interprofessional rounds in clinical settings. The project assessed RN students’ self-reported confidence, communication skills, and readiness for teamwork before and after participation in interprofessional/interdisciplinary rounds. Results demonstrated improvements in professional communication and collaborative readiness, supporting the integration of interprofessional education into nursing curricula.
