  • Link between abortions and violence is known in the foreign literature. In France it is not practically mentioned in the literature. This study's purpose is to know if the link is known and approached by general practitioners and which are the reasons. Qualitative study by individual interviews semi-managed by 30 doctors in the region of Ile-de-France. The questioned doctors have a representation of abortions and of women doing them that reveals a misunderstanding of frequency, gravity, and care of violence.
