Sensing and perception of RF signals using AI is fundamental for future wireless systems. This paper describes measurable progress towards a truly wideband RF-AIIML spectrum perception testbed. We provide an approach for processing the 6-7 GHz range using 8-phase multirate processing on an RF-SoC. Up to 16 such 1 GHz channels can be accommodated on a ZCU-1275/1285 RF-SoC leading to an aggregate bandwidth of 16 GHz across the FRI/FR3 range. We aim to parallelize 16 GHz of aggregate bandwidth across the 100 MHz - 24 GHz spectrum into 512 data paths each having 32 MHz of bandwidth, such that a variety of AIIML based signal perception can operate in a massively parallel architecture on the FPGA.
