abstract

  • The development of approaches for preparing peptide libraries, containing millions of different amino acid sequences of a specified length, provides an invaluable resource for characterizing the molecular interactions that underlie many biological processes. Such libraries can also be used for identifying novel sequences that have a desired biological activity. © 1993.
