  • An efficient method for the solid-phase synthesis of bis-cyclic guanidines from reduced tripeptides is described. The exhaustive reduction of the tripeptides generated tetra-amines that on treatment with cyanogen bromide, afforded bis-cyclic guanidines having three separate variable positions. © 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd.
