  • Measurements performed by Koyama on the standard molar Gibbs free energies of formation of CoMoO4 and Co2Mo3O8 are discussed. The phase diagrams and thermodynamic properties of the systems are evaluated. The variation of temperature with the chemical potential of oxygen corresponding to different phase fields in the system Co-Mo-O is analyzed. A study of the stability of the compounds is also presented.
