abstract

  • The electric form factor of neutrons was measured using a solid polarized target. The beam-target asymmetry in scattering of polarized electrons from polarized deuterated ammonia was used for the measurement. A magnetic spectrometer was used to detect the electrons in coincidence with neutrons in a solid angle segmented detector.
