Stephanie Tadal is currently Director of Instructional Design and Training at the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. In this role, she mentors and leads the instructional design team on best practices in education and leads the integration of technology with a student-centered approach. Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from FIU (’07)(’19). She also holds a master’s degree in education/curriculum and instructions/early childhood education from the University of Florida (’10). Stephanie also teaches fourth-year medical students and helps prepare them to become medical educators.
