Christine has several recent and forthcoming publications that focus on expanding conceptions of writing to better account for the rhetorical strengths of our multilingual students, including "Online Teaching, Linguistic Diversity, and a Standard of Care: Developing a Shared Curriculum at a Hispanic-Serving Institution" (co-authored with Jacqueline Amorim; August 2021) and "Using the Motivational Framework for Culturally Responsive Teaching to Guide Assignment Design and Implementation" (forthcoming in Currents in Teaching and Learning; December 2021).
