Dr. Eugene Marshall received his PhD from the University of Wisconsin and taught at Dartmouth College and Wellesley College before coming to FIU in 2014. He studies the history of modern philosophy, focusing on questions of mind and psychology in the 17th Century His recent focus includes Spinoza and Cavendish.
