Chaitali (Tali) Kapadia is an Assistant Professor of Global Leadership and Management. Prior to joining FIU, she was an Assistant Professor of Management at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology for three years. She received her Ph.D. from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017.
