  • Dr. Frank Wensheng Fan is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Master of Health Services Administration program at FIU's Nicole Wertheim College of Nursing and Health Sciences. Since joining FIU in 2016, Dr. Wan has taught courses in the Bachelor of Health Services Administration program both online and in person. He specializes in global health, health quality, health economics, health policy, healthcare system, and cultural issues in healthcare services.

    His research interests center on the American solution to universal healthcare, comparative analysis of healthcare system reform among countries, and emerging infectious disease control and prevention. Dr. Fan holds a Ph.D. degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and was a postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University.
