biography

  • My research investigates issues of information and evidence disclosure, information verifiability, interpretation of evidence, and legal institutions. This has often used game-theoretic models focused on incentives to disclose hard evidence. These models are motivated by real-world institutional and technological constraints. Some of this work has focused on how to incorporate the disclosure of hard evidence into mechanism design models. Additionally, some more recent research involves laboratory experiments and empirical analysis.
