abstract

  • The formation of solid solutions with a tetragonal structure of the Sr3Ti2O7 type in the systems Sr3 - xLnxV2O7 ± δ (Ln = La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Er, Yb; 0 ≤ x ≤ 2.0) are studied. The homogeneity regions of the above solid solutions are found to be 0 ≤ x ≤ 1.8 for Ln = Sm or Nd, 0 ≤ x ≤ 2.0 for Ln = Eu, 0 ≤ x ≤ 1.6 for Ln = Gd, and 0 ≤ x ≤ 1.2 for Ln = Dy. Electrophysical properties of these solid solutions are studied, and their unit cell parameters are calculated.
