abstract

  • Magnetic nanoparticles are heated by an applied ac magnetic field, which leads to their use as hyperthermia agents, and the applications of magnetic nanoparticles were reported. In this study, the self-heating property of magnetic nanoparticles dispersed in solution was evaluated by measuring hysteresis loop and susceptibility spectra under ac magnetic field. © 2012 The Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan.
