Abusive head trauma (AHT) is a serious form of child abuse. It is often difficult to diagnose because of non-specific presenting symptoms and lack of proper history. The consequences of missing the diagnosis could be grave. We present a case of AHT presented with seizures and discuss the epidemiology, biomechanics, clinical features and differential diagnosis of this condition.
