Graphene nanoribbons (GNRs) are widely used as a channel of nanoscale based transistor. Now it is investigated in very large scale integration (VLSI) based interconnect system because of its higher degree of conductivity. It is seen that the RLC (resistor inductor and capacitor) equivalent circuit of GNR interconnect system has four important parameters like classical capacitance, quantum capacitance, magnetic inductance and kinetic inductance. These parameters have an important relation with the structure (here width) of GNR. Another important parameter is the resonant frequency which is normally calculated from the RLC model of a system. In this paper we have analyzed these four parameters for varying width of GNR. Then the resonant frequency response of GNR based interconnect system has been observed by varying width of GNR. Moreover, we have analyzed our work on resonant frequency by considering the two degeneracy factors of quantum capacitance.
