The purpose of this concluding chapter is to reflect on the current and future realities of LGBTQ+ communities and allies globally. To begin, a Qualtrics survey was sent to the authors involved in this collection, as well as those who intended to contribute but ultimately were not able to do so. We took this approach because we believe the individuals who participated or intended to participate in this project are at the forefront of research and policy considerations for LGBTQ+ people globally. Six questions were posed, and while only nine authors responded to all six, we believe the perspectives shared are important and representative of the issues facing the LGBTQ+ communities. All responses are organized by question, except for questions two and three, which are merged.
