To safely meet the supply-demand needs at the point of common coupling (PCC), the study describes the microgrid architecture and its networked components for a local region. A 10-bus test system is considered, and a complete mathematical representation of the control model for an inverter-based resources-based microgrid is offered. Voltage source inverters (VSIs) are used to connect the inverter-based resources (IBRs) to the network. The model was run under various circumstances while the steady-state behavior was examined. Different operational scenarios were applied to the model in simulation. Under varied load situations, the microgrid operation was conducted in an autonomous mode. The test system was modelled using high-level Python code, and the outcomes were tested under various local load conditions.
