  • Imidazopyridine and benzimidazole derivatives have been prepared with chiral substituents at the nitrogen atom and have been converted to the corresponding condensed structures fused with a piperazine ring. A method has been developed for the synthesis of novel class of compounds - 6,7,8,9-tetra-hydropyrido[3',2':4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]pyrazine derivatives. © 2012 Springer Science+Business Media, Inc.
