In the presented book fundamentals of microfluidics and related systems are described in detail with their potential applications in biological research. In spite of significant efforts, as described in previous chapters, made to develop novel and smart systems of reduced form factors and improved performance in clinical and in field, there are still pending questions requiring a solution. In this Chapter, we are discussing few of those challenges, their possible solutions and future prospects for the benefit of Biologists.
