abstract

  • Based on fuzzy reasoning theory, we developed a morphology algorithm that has a better propriety than median filter. When applied to gray-scale image, it can not only finish all rank - order operation, but also generate new gray-scale value various with structuring element neighborhoods. The brightness distribution and vision effect are better than the result which can be obtained by the classic morphology. We demonstrate the optical system to implement the morphology algorithm.
