  • Performing experiments with Rb atoms and RF fields, we have demonstrated several nonlinear effects, such as multi-photon transitions and excitation of coherence using far detuned fields with different time-shaped pulses. Our results are in good agreement with our recent theoretical predictions. © 2008 Optical Society of America.
