  • Coherent excitonic interactions in an InGaAs asymmetric double quantum well are studied using two-dimensional coherent spectroscopy. Density matrix calculations reveal that an excitation-induced shift is the dominant many-body interaction responsible for the coupling. © OSA 2013.
