  • We have studied spectral diffusion of excitons in GaAs quantum wells using two-dimensional coherent spectroscopy. Localized and delocalized excitons exhibit distinct spectral diffusion characteristics. These results cannot be explained in the strong redistribution approximation. © 2014 Optical Society of America.
