abstract

  • An analytical study of 9.3 fb-1 of e+e- annihilation data collected with the CLEO detector was conducted. The decay B → ηcK in both charged and neutral modes with branching fractions similar to those for B → J/ψK was observed. By comparing the rates of the decays with ηc and J/ψ, the ηc decay constant was extracted.
