Measurement of the mixing parameter yCP using data collected near the γ(4S) resonance with the Belle detector was reported. yCP was measured from the lifetime difference of D0 mesons. Monte Carlo simulation study was used to estimate the systematic error from a correlation between the proper-time measurement and the measured D0 mass.
