The purpose of this paper is to derive the predictive densities for future responses from a two-parameter Weibull model given a doubly censored sample. The predic- tive density for a single future response, bivariate future response, and a set of future responses are derived when the shape parameter α is either known or unknown. A numerical example of hepatocellular carcinoma of 69 liver patients is utilized to illus- trate the predictive results for the stages of cancer. The survival days of 69 male and female patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma of liver are analyzed. Four pa- tients out of 69 patients are lost to follow-up and they are the first two and the last two observations of 69 patients. Furthermore, a sensitivity study of the mean and standard deviation of the predictive densities of survival days with respect to several values of the hyperparameter (τ) is performed when the shape parameter α is unknown. It is found that the rate of the males patients future survival days is lower than the females patients at the initial stage and higher at the later stage.
