abstract

  • Education is something that transcends all types of people, despite age, cultural, or traditional differences. All people strive to learn as much as they can in order to become successful and contributing members of society. Despite this shared desire, some communities lack the immediate access to different tools and information needed to fully educate others. Technology is something that is capable of completing this insufficiency. There is a myriad of ways that modern technology is integrated into the classroom, as well as into the curriculum of several different subjects. A major issue that is discussed when thinking about technology in classrooms, especially at the adolescent and secondary education level, is that it will do more damage than good due to the high possibility of distraction.
