abstract
Nullary relations, functions and matrices are introduced in a natural way and some applications are given to indicate the usefulness of these concepts. The key point is that nullary concepts should be incorporated into existing theories; they should not be treated as special cases using ad hoc conventions. Also if a nullary concept does more harm than good, as in the case of truth in empty domains, it should be avoided. © 2008 Pushpa Publishing House.
