This research deals with the preparation of high temperature superconducting thin film. In this paper, we studied the plasma ejected by pulsed laser bombarding YBaCuO superconducting block was studied. Optical fiber was used to collect the plasma spectra, which were detected and identified with an OSA system. Optical fiber and a monochrometer were then used to trace the identified particles. The time-of-flight spectra at various distance from the target surface was measured to obtain the variation of spectrum density vs distance. Experimental setup and analyses of the results were presented.
