A source-localization program was developed using the NeuroScan software CURRY V.3.0 that provides a variety of methods for accurately localizing the source of electrical activity in the brain. It combines EEG and magnetoencehalogram (MEG) signals with structural imaging modalities and uses the full physical anatomy from MRI images. MRI brain scans were used to construct realistic subject-dependent head models. The model derived included a boundary element model ( BEM) consisting of three compartments such as, skin, skull, and brain tissue.
