abstract

  • Semantics are invaluable information that must be captured and used. In addition to enhancing the interpretation of the stored data, semantics are essential insights on how to represent the real world through abstraction and facilitate the modeling of the database. In applying modeling approaches to spatial data, we introduce the basics of a novel solution to requirements of earth-observation analysis - that of addressing the issue of adjacent delimited measures.
