abstract

  • Successful radical innovation requires a special combination of entrepreneurial, managerial, and technological roles within a firm. As the firm grows and changes, these roles also change, and they tend to be performed by different people in different ways. Conclusions are drawn from several cases of radical technological innovation to support these hypotheses.
