We have developed a method to simulate the ballistic transport of electrons in a bounded plasma. This method is based on particle simulation where the particle dynamic is governed by Newton Law of motion and the force acting on the particle comes from the induced and applied electric fields. The steady-state current voltage characteristics are obtained from this simulation.
