Ziyi (Iggy) Zhao is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems and Business Analytics at Florida International University. Her research explores how artificial intelligence and digital technologies reshape knowledge work and digital innovation. She studies how individuals and organizations collaborate with intelligent systems and investigates the behavioral mechanisms underlying human–AI interaction in tasks such as coding, problem solving, and information seeking. Her work uses experimental and computational methods to understand how emerging AI technologies transform work and decision-making.
