biography

  • I received my PhD’s degree in from Shandong University School of Life Sciences in PR China in June 2019. I started my postdoctoral training in Dr Hongxia Zhou and Xugang Xia’s lab in 2019 to study how neurons die in neurodegenerative diseases including Frontotemporal lobar dementia (FTD) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) diseases.

research interests

  • I am interested in studying the molecular mechanisms of neurologic diseases. My research mainly focuses on using a combination disciplines (cell biology, biochemistry, molecular genetics and transgenic rat models) to investigate the pathology and fundamental mechanisms of neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative diseases to provide new targets for clinical diagnose and effective therapy.
