biography

  • Erica Radcliffe-Henry, Ed.D., M.S., PA-C, has 24 years of experience as a practicing physician assistant and over eight years in academia. She serves as the Director of Didactic Education and instructor for the MPAS program. She is the course director and instructor in Clinical Application for Evidence-Based Practice I and II, Clinical Medicine I and II, and the Capstone Project.

    PA Radcliffe-Henry’s clinical experience has been primarily in Reproductive Endocrinology in private practice in the Miami area. She has served in the Florida Academy of Physician Assistant Leadership Academy and is a Cultural and Diversity Committee member. She is interested in developing PA educators and provides mentorship for new faculty members.
