Professor Luscher has been teaching at Florida International University since 1998. He started off as a part-time instructor in the English Department and then moved on to be a full-time professor teaching Speech and Business Communication in Communication Arts. He is now a full-time professor at Broward College where he teaches Speech, Communications, Humanities, Literature and English Composition.
