biography

  • Dr. Lozada was born in Caracas, Venezuela. He completed his undergraduate studies at College of the Holy Cross, followed by Medical School as well as a Master's in Epidemiology at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He then continued his training by completing his General Surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic, in Cleveland, OH; followed by fellowships in both Surgical Critical Care and Advanced Trauma Surgery at the Ryder Trauma Center of Jackson Memorial Health System and University of Miami. He currently serves the Broward and Palm Beach communities, working in both Broward Health Medical Center (Level 1 Trauma Center), Broward Health North (Level 2 Trauma Center), and Delray Medical Center (Level 1 Trauma Center).
