  • Dalton Draper has a Master's Degree in Hospitality Management from FIU. He has been working in the culinary field since 2008 and has worked in many facets of the culinary industry. He started as a dish washer in a small restaurant and worked his way up to become a senior line cook. From there, he worked in a fine dining restaurant, Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak, for 2 years, and has worked large scale banquets in the Fairmont Turnberry Hotel located in Aventura, Fl. He has worked South Beach Wine and Food Festival for 4 years and was a Student Culinary Lead who helped in the organization of 37 different chefs who were preparing over 37,000 portions of food for the opening night celebration “the Q”. As a Teacher’s Assistant, He helped student in the Introduction and Advanced Food Production classes excel and prepare wonderful dishes over his 4 years at FIU. He is very friendly and always open for discussions on food or food preparations techniques.
