biography

  • Professor Desrayaud’s research centers on perceptions and interpretations of conflict in both personal and professional relationships. Her interests also include issues of sex, gender, and culture. She recently published in the International Journal of Conflict Management (2013), and has presented at the National Communication Association for the last five years. The courses that she currently teaches at Florida International University include Organizational Communication, Organizational Change, and Intercultural Communication.
