biography

Dr. Desrayaud's research agenda explores the hidden power of norms in relation to conflict, gender, and organizations. She has published in the International Journal of Conflict Management, Conflict Resolution Quarterly, and the Journal of Communication Inquiry. She regularly presents at the annual National Communication Association convention. The courses that she currently teaches at Florida International University include Gender and Communication, Organizational Communication, and Conflict Management.
