Dr. Chou’s research interests include the role and behavior of institutional investors, international finance, corporate governance and empirical asset pricing. She has published articles in the Journal of Corporate Finance, the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Financial Review, Managerial Finance and Review of Development Finance. Her recent research focuses on the decision-making of mutual funds and financial institutions. Dr. Chou has presented her papers in several academic and professional meetings, including Singapore International Conference on Finance, Asian Finance Association, and the Financial Management Association. Her teaching experience includes such courses as Financial Markets and Institutions, Global Financial Strategies, Principles of Finance, and Intermediate Finance.
